  • Travel costs are invoiced according to actual expenditure, but for SWICA customers with a maximum cost ceiling of CHF 50 per day of care

  • Travel costs are included for bookings of at least 8 hours per day

Is there a minimum booking period for Home Nanny?

  • The minimum booking period is 3 hours. The service is available flexibly, up to 24 hours a day

How is a nanny booking invoiced?

  • Customers receive an invoice from Home Nanny - SWICA customers who have HOSPITA supplementary hospital insurance or INFORTUNA accident insurance receive a reimbursement voucher with the invoice, which they can submit to SWICA

Are the home nannies reliable? What experience do the home nannies have with children?

  • All home nannies are trained and experienced in dealing with children

  • You can discuss any questions directly with your home nanny. If time permits, clients can also meet the nanny in person before the assignment begins
